Tri-County Realty began over 40 years ago as Darst Realty. The name was changed in 1992 to let the public know that we service the entire RTP as well as surrounding areas. Glenn and Susen Darst are the owners and have a combined 50 years of real estate experience. In the last three decades we have developed over 350 homesites in Durham, Orange and Person Counties as well as having a successful land brokerage.
